What is Health and Wellbeing Coaching? Health and Wellbeing Coaching focusses on actionable steps to improve overall health, wellbeing, and balance in life. This includes setting and achieving specific goals, such as enhancing physical health, building better habits, managing stress, or improving work-life balance. The aim is to truly live and love yourself, support your psychological and physical wellbeing, become your best self, build self-confidence and make positive change.

How does this differ from therapy/counselling? Therapy and counselling focus on your past experiences and how they are impacting you today, where wellness coaching is future-focussed, asking: "What do we need to change today to have you feeling more positive in your future?".
